Turtles a legendary animal which survived the meteor which wiped out the dinosaurs, right now there's  7 different types of turtles around the world today which are: green sea turtles, loggerhead sea turtles, kemp’s ridley sea turtles, olive ridley sea turtles, hawksbill sea turtles, flatback sea turtles, and leatherback sea turtles, but the bad news is that 6 out of the 7 species of turtles are endangered.

Problems such as plastic pollution are bad for turtles because turtles can mistake plastic bags as jellyfish which blocks up where they digest the food they eat which rottons food they eat which puts gas in the body causing the turtles shell to float to the surface and that’s no good and barnacles grow on the shell.Another problem is light pollution because when  turtles hatch from their eggs at night time the lights in the village or town or city it confuses the hatchling which way to go because an interesting fact is that when turtles hatch light shows the turtle where the water is, another problem is the classic oil leak it’s infects the turtles body not making them feel good which gets them to die slowly.Now you know how turtles are endangered and if we help now we can save the turtles.
